Thank you for your interest in booking with Cordelia Phinisi. Please take your time to carefully read the following terms and conditions. With your confirmed booking, you automatically agree with these conditions.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
All reservations must be made by electronic mail/ online form reservation / WhatsApp messenger. A deposit of 20% no later than 7 days after the date the reservation is made. Payments can be made by transfer to our bank account in Indonesia. Account numbers will be provided in the corresponding invoice. Cordelia Phinisi will not be responsible for any bank costs related to the transfer made by the clients for the vessel deposit or balance payment. Cordelia Phinisi will automatically offer to other guests if this booking fee is not received within the stated period of time

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
Payment of the balance must be made 30 days prior to the departure. If full payment of the balance is not received by this date, Cordelia Phinisi can cancel the booking and enforce the cancellation policy as set out in the Cancellation Policy below.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS
Full payment must be made at the time of booking if the reservation is made less than 14 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION FEE POLICY INDIVIDUAL BOOKING & CHARTER

  • Deposit 20% of the vessel price (non refundable).
  • 30 to 15 days prior to departure will be charges 25% of the vessel price.
  • 14 to 8 days prior to departure will be charges 50% of the vessel price.
  • 7 days or less prior to departure will be charges 100% of the vessel price.

TEMPORARY CORONAVIRUS RESCHEDULE POLICY
The trip can be cancelled maximal with 3 days (three days) notice prior the trip with the condition below :

  1. Closure of Komodo National Park (announced by Government).
  2. Closure of Komodo Airport (announced by Government).
  3. One of the guest show positive result of the Rapid/Swan Antigen/PCR

Taking into account the impact of COVID-19 on our guests above, The guest can reschedule the trip depend on the Cordelia Phinisi availability. The reschedule valid for 1 year (one year) since the original date. The trip is not refundable.

Note:

  • 2 days prior to departure client must inform: ID card/PASSPORT, Rapid/Swab Test, Itinerary, Transfer in-out.
  • Check in time : 09.00
  • Check out time : 14.00 (depend on the availability)
